This is the second time I have used speed xpress packers and movers services, last time I used speedxpress in 2010 when I shifted my goods from Bangalore to Delhi, I dont see my review here on this page, which I wrote last time, well I chose speed again coz, services I got from them were satisfactory, and I could trust them as I had already utilized their service, anyhow again My point of contact was Prabhat, last time when I moved from Bangalore to Ghaziabad he was in Bangalore, now this time when I have to move again from Ghaziabad Indirapurum to Bangalore, I called up their Bangalore office to get the quote and I was directed to the office in Gurgaon, where I talked to Prabhat, I called him up for the survey and pretty much the goods were same as I moved last time, there was not much to discuss or think, also dint call any other movers and gave speed xpress the moving confirmation, the move this time was also pretty much the same, no breakage no damage part, the guys did their job with packing and loading, got the delivery on-time, also the unpacking was done as asked . And the same old policy of calling the customers for feedback, I gave them the feedback last time as well but the improvements have not been done yet .
Pretty much every thing with speed xpress Movers is almost the same as my last experience . Most of the team member were the same . and the same old no update policy, slow response weak tracking . I still recommend speed xpress just coz their staff is good with packing and handling, the transport department is good with on-time delivery . and no improvement in customer service . Hope they Would try to improve more on tracking facilities and responding well to customers .
