I have taken Syska Insurance for my mobile phone by paying INR 2400/- which covered accidental damage as well. My mobile display has got damaged and I raised a complaint. Complaint ID is160247182 on 9th of November 2016 and I have followed every procedure and submitted all the relevant documents properly however my handset is not yet picked up by Syska Gadget Secure and its like almost one month now. The pick up has been scheduled for the 4th time. Repeatedly I have called reminding them however they have standard response and that is " We apologize for the inconvenience and the concerned team will get back to you". I am really frustrated and escalated the issue multiple times but there is no response yet.
