We bought a 55inc TV within 8 days the sound was not working and now within 2 years the screen went black. There is no use to call customer care as agents would hung up on u without even answering ur queries same is with their service centers. Please do not put your hard earned money in such cheap products we learnt it hard way. put a little extra money and go for non Chinese brands. I would definitely not recommend TCL to any one after all that we have been through. Our issue is still not resolved and we have left the hopes of it getting resolved Aswell.
