I got a new connection from a retailer. As we gave the ID proof and photo, the collecting agent from docomo walked into the store. He collected the documents and activated the connection immediately.Two days later, I get a message asking to re submit the documents. I called up the customer support and explained that the retailer is not holding the documents and Docomos own staff is having the details.
Stupid Docomo executive is not willing to find who was the staff and what happened to the documents already submitted. I will try to find that irresponsible idiot, if the retailer helps and post the details here.
I know Docomo wont give a damn. Its just a minor way to show my intolerance to unprofessional Indian service industry.
