This is out of pain Im writing. Never one should face this issue by taking Tata Wireless Broadband.We took Tata Wireless Broadband services couple of months back. From day-1 till now, almost all days, the net gets disconnected. Sometimes it come back after 2-3 hours. Sometimes it never comes back the whole day. We have taking their plan with dedicated IP by paying Rs.1, 700 monthly. We have called the customer support several times informing this issue. Every bloody customer support agent repeats some steps and says now it will be al right. It has never been aright till date.
We then wrote mails to the customer support and even to the higher officials of tata indicom requesting them to send someone to our premises to check and solve the issue if it is with the dish or wireless device they have installed. Never anyone has visited till now.Today I finally wrote to all the email contacts I know of tata indicom for the last time asking them help. If we do not get any response, we will discontinue with them.Out of my experience, never go for Wireless Broadband services from tata indicom. What we face may not be there in all the places, but we can never rely on tata services thinking we get proper customer support. Never.
