Really good speeds I experienced..........only one thing good about this isp is speed speed and speed and finally good speed...after visiting whole lot of isps finally I found one good isp where atleast I am assured of good speeds...customer care is ok ok...customer orientation is really appreciable......dont wonder if u r fired some stupid questions by customer care....they are not really good enough to help u out if u hv some genuine problem...some minor here & there they may throw a stone and hit...but speed is really very very good and that is the only thing I appreciate about tataisp...once it happened so that tataisp had to send their engineer to my place to look in to my issues..he was very polite and very strong technically who immediately pointed to the problem and sorted out my problem.
