Please Don’t buy Tecno mobiles, Very poor quality and customer service. I bought techno spark 9T on 28/11/22, within a month charging port got damaged and tecno incharges said that, I handled wrongly and broken and this should not comes under warranty. Charged 750 for the same. Customer service person talking very rudely, when I argued how port can get damage within a month (Very less no of plug in/out) He in a strict voice Asking me to complaint to their mail id if I want.
Totally vexed why I bought Tecno.
