There is nothing wrong at infrastructure level in Ananta Hotel. They have well furnished room, good services and all the basic ingredients to make it count among the elite hotels in Udaipur. They provide five star servies to their clients. Interior decoration is awesome and centralized cooling system make your stay much comfortable. They have game zone exclusively for the kids. So, children can enjoy there. They provide coupons which could encash to avail good discount on prominent shops of Udaipur. To match this five star standard they provide Basketball, swimming pool, foose ball, Biliards and many more facilities.They have their own spa section and place for Yoga and Meditation.
But, as they say one bad thing can spoil your entire work. I don’t know what the hell management doing there. They have no control on their employees? or employees thinking they are owner of the hotel?
They are among the worst employee in the industry where hospitality means a lot. Specially that Mr. Singh was so arrogant that I never want to go there again.
If I have the option to gve them negative grade, I give them that .
Such a shame to owner and disgrace on name of luxury hotels.
