I once visited my friend in ghatkopar and we decided to go for dinner together. He being a vegetarian, dragged me to this veg hotel. There is no denying that the interior and decor is done up with a lot of thought and hence is beautiful and well maintained. The entire place has a look and feel of a village. With a lady selling bangles at the entrance, a small pan wala at the corner, a fortune telling sitting under an artificial tree and many such things.
The food area is divided in sections. A counter for chat - pani puri, sev puri, ragda puri. Another counter for laasi, chaas, gola & kulfi.
The main course included hot bhajiyas, dhokla, chicken gravy, rotis, naan, rice, biryani.
I dont really enjoy veg food. But I sure did enjoy this place and their food.
