The work environment is very toxic. The boss yells at you like you’re his servant and will blame you for almost everything.
There is NO PAID LEAVE STRUCTURE
The management takes criticism constructively, but you are expected to.

They expect you to do too much work with no real incentives, the salaries never come on time, if you are unable to work due to an emergency, you’re still expected to be present for team calls and you will constantly be under pressure.
The management will not hesitate to text you at 2 and 3 AM.
The management lies blatantly to the employees and indulges in petty office politics like bad mouthing employees in front of other employees.
There is no job security.
Will promise the client unrealistic things and then make the team work for it and when the demands are not met he gets paid releases and gives you a hard time about it.
During my time at Trivium I have seen too many people join and leave within a few days. They pride themselves as being a "fast paced" organisation but the reality is something else. You have NO social life when you join this organisation. There’s no real work ethic or professionalism. They even make employees write fake good reviews and call people out if you write something realistic. The management pits teammates against each other. There is no real work satisfaction or peace of mind. You will literally have to ask 10 times for your salary; they’ll still never give it on time. So many ex employees that have never received their reimbursement. All he cares about is making money and nothing else, he speaks to his employees so poorly, is very egoistic. I worked for almost a year and quit at the beginning of the year. I could NEVER recommend Trivium to anyone.
