*I am presently having the worst travel experience I have ever had. US Airways. Thank you for showing me the bottom of Costumer Service, Dirty Planes, Oversold flights, Trashy employees (all (pilots included) Truly pathetic. Im especially pissed because I bought a full fare ticket AND paid a massive amount for my extra bags. The highest price for the lowest quality.......
Good luck with that plan. My father said it best when he described their take over of America West as two staggering drunks trying get each other home over icy roads. If you cant supply the service you should not demand the money. What other business can operate this way? What allows this one too? Somebody should just close the door on this outfit.
