I have never succeeded in first-time booking a cab or Auto services. The booking gets through only 3rd time or after. Drivers in Chennai are very choosy for the pickup/drop destinations. They keep on canceling the trips if the destination is not in their interest. Immediately, On booking, they will never respond. They expect us to call them. Later, they check for the destination, and whether the payment is through’cash’. Once, these two conditions satisfy them, they agree to travel. This way, we need to keep trying for the next booking or app screen itself will be circling/hunting for the next available driver. This is not my first experience and invariably it happens to me. Can Uber look into this serious issue and sort out from the customer’s point of view.
