I placed an order UBX1XKLF22974F8 on oct 5 th 2023. Paid up 2897 rupees for pre paid order on two perfumes on the Unbxed.com site. After the confirmation email and the will ship in 24-48 hrs whatsApp msg, that’s the last I heard from them
My several emails to Mohit Khatri and his team ( to both support@unbxed.com and sales @ perfumery.com) went unanswered. WhatsApp msgs went unanswered.
Several reminders later, when I was sure the the prepaid orders will never be shipped to me, I started asking them for refund. Neither the emails not WhatsApp were answered. In the meantime I kept getting emails and WhatsApp msgs about ongoing sales.
Which means site was up and about, team was active, but just decided to cheat customer on pre paid order. Very well oiled fraud machinery in place. Could have used this talent in actually providing genuine service. Anyway will be taking up this matter in consumers forum. So all people who want to not get cheated of their time energy money, please avoid this scam site.
