The wrost customer service by Jagiroad Ubi branch

Branch manager , Ubi Jagiroad branch code..2053.dont have the nanner how to talk with customer, we have a home loan with Ubi Jagiroad branch, on dtd 5th2019 my father visit to the branch for loan statenent, after half n hour waiting the lady branch manager allow him to talk with her regarding statement, but after that she denied to provid the statement , as she explained that it is not generated in the system.we have the loan since 2014 and every year we submit the statement for tax purposes .but this year it is not generated .i don’t know how could she say like that .either she intentionally not giving the statement or either she don’t know anything about the banking.as my father is not physically well, his left side body part is not properly worked , so today I have visited the branch with authorisation letter at 11am .but that time she was not present at branch one of their employees received my application .again 3 pm I have visit the branch.she was busy with some own work ..she is not at all interested to listen to me.she again deneid to give me the statement , as she don’t have the time to type the loan certificate, and she is going on personal leave from tommorow onwards , so she told me to come on Monday..when I told her that it is for tax purposes then she argue and shuted on me..and given written application to come on Monday with proper document..


What type of service this is need a serious action against the branch manger
