I saw advertisement from urban clap that there is 50% discount on AC servicing. Hence I booked the services. During booking I came to know that 50% discount is on 2nd AC servicing. So first surprise. The guy did servicing but didn’t give me the hint that gas filling is required and it will be charged extra. When I was expecting bill of 1k for servicing guy handed over me bill of 5.6K and apply Rs. 2500 for Gas filling per A/C. This was big shock to me. There is no harm is paying for Gas if it’s really needed but proactive communication is missing. They enter your house with 50% discount offer and loot you 100% . Cheaters.... will stop their services going forward. Such companies doesn’t grow if they broke customer trust.
