I had good purchasing experience from Vijay sales as I had bought one Led Tv and one ata maker also
But this review is about post sales service..i bought Onida Led Tv 5 years back
As there was some issue in TV I registered complain the technician came in 48 hrs that’s really good
But when the technician checked telivision he said some part has to be changed and it tooks almost 12 days to receive that part
The technician found its not fixing to the television we need to reorder it
They promised it will come in 3-4 days
It’s been more than 7 days total time of complaint is more than 22 days
Neigther Onida nor Vijay sales is bothered about the time taken by them
It’s really pathetic experience
