Generally, coolers are not preferrable because of more noise and less cooling. But this is not true for this cooler as I bought this in the summer of 2020 and experienced vice versa.
It provides more cooling with less noise. Also available with three modes, that is, fan with swing, fan with pump and swing, fan with pump.
