I have gone last month this YLG Salon, HSR location, Bangalore. It is my 2nd visit on this Salon. My Friend has a membership here. that is how I know this in first case. My friend done her bridal makeup done at this Salon stuff at green trends at green Trends but different location. Those people are okay.
I had gone to YLG Salon last week to get my hair trimming done along with hair spa and blow drying. I am very much unsatisfied with the service as the person who did hair spa was in such a hurry. The service lasted on for 10/15 minutes that included application of the masque, massage, streaming and washing, which would normally last for like 45 -1 hour. I was disappointed, I had actually asked for a new hair cut and she just gave me a trim. They had charged like rs. 1200 for just a trim and little massage. They had also cooked up huge amount in their bill which came up to 1500 for just these two services along with GST+SGST. Then I enquirer them about the price and compared them with the bill and finally they apologized for their mistake and returned back the money. I have been to various parlors but this was the worst by far. I would not recommend YLG Salon, HSR layout, Bangalore.
