Here I am sharing my experience with yepme.com(India). In 20th Feb, 2017 I have ordered 5 men’s watch(Around price of 299) from yepme.com. I have received delivery of all watches on 27th Feb, 2017 at ahmedabad. When I had opened and checked watches, 4 out of 5 watches are cheap and low quality and mfd date of 2015. So I had returned 4 watches on 2nd march, 2017 from ahmedabad to new delhi. Yepme.com have received on 7th march, 2017 and quality check has been done 8th march, 2017. Yepme.com has given mail confirmation that within 7 to 21 working days you will be received refund amount in card. But almost 33 days have been passed still I haven’t received small refund amount in my account. I have emailed to yepme.com(india and global team) but they are responding with argument like "Internal issue so payment will delay".
This is first time I felt worst experience from e-commerce company who can’t satisfied customer and not care or fulfill customer relationship.
I am advice to all of my friends that do not buy or purchase from Yepme.com because this is cheater and fake e-commerce company.
