So we are 10 ladies who reach Zaica, to celebrate a friends B’day! There is a booking in the friends name for 1 pm and we are told to wait and we see the tables fill up in front of us! Repeated requests give us a 10 mins 15 mins more replies! Next while we are talking another group of 10 guys walk up and the manager says 10 mins to them! They look around find the place jam packed and decide to leave, hearing our ongoing discussions with the manager!
What does the manager do! He starts to get angry and pointing a finger at us threateningly says you shouldn’t have sent them away Madam! When asked to tone down and speak decently and let go of the threatening finger! The Man gets More aggressive! As if all this is not enuff he raises his voice even more! Is this the kind of hospitality we can hope to get from a restaurant that has BTW received some award from Mouthshut? When later the guy is confronted Ofcourse the whole thing is changed and the blame put on us for using " foul language" - like this is the first time we are dealing with a restaurant manager! But YES this was the first time we dealt with such a ROWDY posted there as manager! Just too much attitude!
Mistakes will happen but none like these are acceptable! Not from the hospitality industry! Owner of restaurant Ofcourse unavailable to reach or he simply doesn’t care enuff!
Overall experience BAD, please avoid going to the restaurant!
