Zoomin was awesome before! I had multiple photobooks and calendars prepared. But come 2020, the new site is worthless. We can’t arrange pictures according to us, Zoomin does the honors without knowing or arranging the photos by dates. A calendar puts the pictures taken in Dec in the month of Jan and doesn’t give us the option to even change. Photo books have limited picture options, can’t get the option to even add or delete pictures based on personal requirements. This is the greatest disappointment in 2020. Now need to search for another website.
Sorry to say Zoomin, you lost me - a dependable customer and I am sure you are going to lose more.
