I don’t prefer this developer becoz they initially show some plan and later on build on some plan which makes them profit.
They initially boast on giving lots of recreational facilities and other facilities and they show heaven but later on give only a few of them. they do this to attract customers and gain profit by saving by giving no facilities and maintenance charges.
I didn’t like none of their plan of constructions as the plan was below the average Of what I wanted. So I don’ Prefer them.
