I have mentioned the above statement with the experience with this builder. When I went to them I saw that they give all the facilities that I have expected but what is the use when they are constructing the projects outside the city.
Due to this it will become difficult to access the city always which would consume a lot of time in travelling and almost all of the projects are like this itself.
Hence see the location of the projects of the developers and the cost and make a wise decision according to me.
