I don’t prefer them because the locations they choose are usually from the city and the development in those areas are also slow. Hence investment in such areas is of no use. Instead it is better to invest in areas in the city where the cost of the land will boom faster.
the plans what they offered in the project is also not good.
The plan consisted of facilities which is not required and didn’t consist of what is required. So there are better developers over them and buy from them.
