My husband, Amar has been a subscriber to A&M since its very first issue. My Subscription # L12053 is paid in advance. I have always found while renewing they do not ask for the oldexisting subs no. Then they start sending 2 copies to the same subs. After writing them they stop sending the new no. subs. Gift will never come in time and even when it comes the quality is too bad.
The nike bag lost its zipper in less than 3 weeks and nike stores here refused to help saying thatthis is a subscription offer gift. Now my gift of 3 bags of VIP luggage is pending. My letter to Delhi and Copies forwarded thru Mumbai office has no respond. The Mumbai office state that they only forward the letters to delhi. Are they here in Mumbai for business or as a collection point of a courier company?
