I have undergone the whole experience twice! I am still a 5 year subscriber of this magazine - Advertising and Marketing. But I don’t remember when I received its the last issue. It stopped appearing in post just after about 2 years!
In subscription offers, they promise big things - gifts worth a lot of amount, even worth more than what you pay! But the gifts never land at your home. In my case I was lucky to get my gifts - after repeatedly chasing them, and then threatening (!!) them of of the consumer courts! But when I subscribed it for my brother, he never got his
gifts.
The magazine as such is good. Around 1998 it used be more focused on advertising, and marketing. Of late, it has become more of a business magazine. Nevertheless, its good. But the subscription offer has cheated a large number of people who have fallen for the offer!!
There should be some kind of policing for such crooks!! Giving 2 stars because the product (magazine) as such is good!
