Hello friends, my self jaichand kumar and I would like to share the experience about A one gym. This gym are situated in sanganer And i’m living in kumbhamarg. And I was started my gym before 3 months ego. And I had the worst experience of A one gym. Infrastructure and ambience are very good and look like gold gym. After joining of gym I was started my gym and i’m doing mixed exercise for more than 1 weak according to gym trainer but after that gym trainer was not guiding me properly and his behavior and attitude was very bad and rudely, always showing self body but not giving the machine knowledge. And his diet chart is not the good and diet budget is my out of budget that why i’m struggling with my money for 1 month. And price for 1 month is very high about 1000rupees monthly and its very high value for money But after one month my body was not increased and as it is same for one month.thats why i’m very disappointed with this gym.don’t waste the time and money for A one Gym and if you want to make good body then go for Arya gym.
