Fascinating Read

This book is a masterpiece of iconic writer Charles Dickens. The story revolves around the characters Doctor Maanette, his daughter Lucie, Lucie’ s husband and Defarge couple. Through them, he explains about the incidents that took place at the time of the French revolution. Dickens starts his narration with the words "It was the best of the best of times; it was the worst of times. The book even though written in the 18th century, it has a touch of modern writing in it. The story line moves at a slow pace and it will take some time for you to sink in and there is no turning back from there. The author talks about different topics such as duality, revolution and resurrection and the narrative style makes it a fascinating read.
