I got transferred from Delhi to Assam in March. After lots of home work i finalized this company by seeing its profile is ISO certified company and more than 20 years experience of packing and truly professional service.
When they visited my home for packing. They send just three unskilled laborers with useless packing materials. But as it was my last date of movement from Delhi so i didn’t have any choice. They started packing in totally pathetic manner. And whenever I told him any thing that how you are packing all such breakable items then they replied sir dont worry we have 20 years of experience and till the time even a single item has not been damaged. They broke my cooking trey of microwave while packing which costs 1200 rupees. Any way they took the the packed items to their warehouse on 14 March 2014 . I received the item much delayed than its promised. It was loaded totally unprofessionally. Like glass TV trolly kept under heavy metal box. More than 50% of breakable items damaged beyond use and repair. I have paid them 3000 extra for insurance of 100000 rupees. But after that they didn’t contact.
Despite of many promises and calls to Mr Raghubeer Sharma , manager of that company didn’t respond. I lost my microwave, one laptop from my metal box which was locked. All costly glass painting were damaged. But the worst is they didn’t help me even in getting my insurance claim they didn’t provide proper documents for that.
So my conclusion is dont take services from this company if you love your money and house hold items. Theft and damages is common for them. And reply will "Kabhi Kabhi Ho Jata Hai Sir."
