I regret buying flowers from here. I intended the flower bouquet to be a surprise for my wife at work. I specifically mentioned in the website that it has to be kept a surprise. The delivery person promptly calls my wife at 8.30, saying we need to deliver flowers, where should it be delivered and at what time !!!! How much more dumb and unprofessional can it get.
So, the lesson learnt is if you want your gift to be a surprise it will never be !!! And to top it off, the "bouquet" of flowers had 8 flowers and 21 buds.
Is that a bouquet of flowers ?!? And when I call them up and ask all of these questions, the person says it is part of their terms and conditions to call the receiver before delivery and this is how the boquet will always be. And that they have enough customers and will continue to have enough customers irrespective of my cribs !!!
