I wanted to send flowers to my wife on valentines day so I booked a bouquet of red roses from a1bangaloreflowers.com. This is my biggest mistake as I chose a1bangaloreflowers.com as there were many options available.
I selected bouquet that was not from the valentines day special kart and placed an order on 12th feb to deliver the flowers on 14th Feb. I get a mail from admin saying that the flowers will be sent on 17th as the order is not from valentines day special kart. I said its useless to send flowers 3 days after valentines day and I called the customer service. The customer service representative tells me to choose the bouquet from V-special kart and the flowers will be delivered on 14th Feb. But then I said the price range was way too high what the other websites are offering and requested to cancel the order. He said me to send a mail for cancellation which I did immediately.
Even after 2 days I don’t receive any acknowledgement for the cancellation of the order and I tried to call the customer care many times but nobody receives the call. I send a reminder mail for the cancellation of the order for which I don’t receive any reply.
On 17th morning, the customer service line gets connected(thankfully) and I explain him the story once again. But he tells me to my surprise that the flowers are on its way to get delivered. By this time I have already mailed him 3 reminders for the cancellation(of-course no reply) which they ignored. Even after arguing with him to cancel the order, he remains hell bound to convince me to accept the order. Then he tells me that he will send me a mail regarding the further process.
In the mean time I called my wife to tell her not to accept the order. But after sometime I receive the call from my wife saying that the delivery boy and the customer care person is harassing her to accept the order forcefully, which she refused eventually. Later I get a mail from customer service that the amount will not be refunded as we have not accepted the flowers as its a perishable item.
Earlier, I also asked to refund the amount after deducting the service charge but he refused. Till today I have not received any reply from the company nor any call from them.
