I had booked a bouquet for delivery in Bangalore at midnight at additional applicable charges.
But to my surprise the product remain undelivered till 9 am next day just bcz the delivery said it was too dark to find out the address.
It was shock to hear that the blame was put on the recipient for not cooperating which I totally fail to understand what more assistance is required after confirmation of address and landmark. Finally no delivery done, rather I was asked to make my own arrangements to collect the gift the next day before a fixed time.
It’s shame on the company to ask for such a thing. When asked for the cancellation and refund I was refused.
At the end of the day I feel cheated by the company. Customer care support are worthless.
Guys I request you all to think before going ahead with A1Flowers for online gifting. They are not worth it.
A1Flowers are the most pathetic and worst shopping portal.
