I’d ordered a book on networking through their website. A few days later, they showed the book as being shipped, however the book never arrived. Multiple e-mails to them have not produced any response. Avoid these thieves, they are out to fleece you expecting that no one will be bothered to chase them down. Except for their website,
I doubt any thing else is good about them. They just seem to be middlemen passing on the orders to the distributors and pocketing their margin without any intention of taking any responsibility for actually making sure that the books are delivered to the customer.
On the other hand, I’ve had very good experiences with indiaplaza.in and also with the indaitimes shopping website. a1books does not have a good reputation in the USA either. I recommend you try one of these other websites though with indiaplaza you may have to wait till they announce one of their schemes when the shipping is free. Please help spread this message so that businesses like a1books don’t flourish.
