Ordered
2 books one from Amazon and one from A1books.
The one from Amazon arrived no problem to the shipping address I
specified. The ones from A1books were supposedly sent by mail and never arrived. No
notification, nothing. On a 1450 order, they refunded me 250. They have shown
no interest in customer service and are absolutely hopeless. I would advise strongly against using this
company and buying directly from Amazon, Rediff or companies that care about their customers, unlike these cheaters and thieves. I have also talked to some other coworkers at my office and find that they have been duped by this company also.
They were never informed about import duties that had to be paid, and when refused to pay were going to loose out the entire purchase price paid. On paying the duty the company refused to reimburse the amount. NEVER BUY AND DEAL WITH THESE THIEVES.
