The service is hopeless. I order 3 books from this company. One Indian origin book arrive on time. The other book was coming from the USA. The book never arrived and then finally one book appeared, but the post office required me to pay import charges totaling 500Rs to receive it. I was in a jam and had to pay it as I had paid more than 600Rs for the book. The second book never arrived at all. I contacted customer service and they just tell me to wait for book.
I then get email from CEO shinu Gupta asking for my positive experience. I tell him I have no book and he assured me that it will taken care off. Many weeks later I emailed him and no response. Even the CEO can’t help me, what can I expect from the company.
Company advertises false prices and does not inform of import duties that doubles book price. Don’t buy from them. I don’t even belive the testimonials they show on their site is honest based on my experience. Save your money and buy from reputable companies such as Rediff.
