Was looking for the book "Applied mergers..."... In the past, I never looked beyond amazon.com. but this round, a google search on the title took me to google books and from there I realized that there are indeed more options available for online book shopping, and I decided to go bargain-hunting..a1books was a discovery!!!..
WOW!!! lowest price!... billing in INR ( I save on exchange commission)...delivery in India! (no need to bother friends / relatives in US)..phenomenal!! this was a steal, and I would have placed by order right away!... bad internet connection (and now I think, providence) prevented immediate execution... later in the day, I took the google route to arrive at their website..
But google plays god here..and takes me to e-opinion and brings me here to mouthshut...am happy I came here...am going back to my good-old amazon...at least I can be more than reasonably sure of how and when I receive my orders..i haven’t tried a1books, and I dont intend to.. I checked their website...it indeed does NOT have a phone number...scary!!!
