I ordered a book through this website. It never reached me. I sent them couple of mails. But no reply. Then I contacted the Book seller which I had selected - Viva. they replied that the book is out of stock. After that no reply from them either. Both A1Books and Viva Delhi are cheating people.
A1Books.co.in have not published any contact number in their website.
When I checked my order status, it is showing that the order is shipped where as I never received it. They have given a tracking number. That tracking number doesn’t correspond to my shipping address at all. They are simply cheating people. Also they take the credit card information with in their website. Usually the gateway websites like Citibank should take the card information.
Its a really bad online shopping website.
I suggest everyone not to shop from this website.
