In spite of placing an order- fruit cake combo 2 days in advance and setting the time of delivery as before 12 pm, I received a call just 45 minutes before the delivery time asking me to replace the fruitcake with any other flavor otherwise delivery can happen anytime even during the night (they just mention 2nd half of the day). I have not received the order yet. And the customer service executive (SACHIN) instead of apologizing, is misbehaving and asking us to read the terms and conditions and then call them back.
This is the worst service I ever received from any type of service providers. They don’t have any commitment. Never rely on them. Better to place an order from Ferns and Petals or any other websites. WILL NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THIS SITE.
