These people are truly unprofessional, it seems like a very small company with no ethics and no customer service, they would not refund money for unfulfilled services rather send a voucher code. Who is going to take services from such a unprofessional poor company
I ordered for fixed time delivery in morning time between 7AM to 10AM, after entire days followup my order got delivered at 5PM, they told me that my fix time delivery charges would be refunded. After a month’s followup they had send me a voucher code saying refund is against our policy. I have attached prt scrn of their website where they have mentioned that they will refund if unable to deliver on time. after another 15 days they had sent me a mail written in bold and large font saying we would not refund.

1.if you place order and don’t call them nobody is going to take pain in delivering your order even if you have paid in full
2.Fixed time deliveries means just a clink to charge extra by making fool of customer.
3.Customer care is useless, they dont know anything.
4.On email nobody seems to care, they revert with bold and big font size, Somebody please teach them email ethics.
5.please order from some other good brands at least you will get what you have been promised or else refund.
