I am particularly writing about their Delhi service. I want to say that has been the worst experience. I made a order and requested to deliver that before 12:00 afternoon. I called their number to inquire for the order status. The the person kept on escaping with a excuse that I cant contact my deliver boy, who is out for the delivery.
Later till 4:00 PM order was not delivered. When I asked them they said you should have paid 400 extra for the on time delivery, if you pay that money I will deliver in next 1 hr.
I was surprised by the attitude of the guy. He also said that if the order is not delivered by 6:00 we will refund the money. I said you people are running this business for some reason and now you are having a narrow escape from this by saying that we will refund your money.
My advise to everyone is that don`t use A1cityflowers, if you do you might be embarrassed in front of your loved one.
