I visited this restaurant on Sunday 25th Aug with my family as my parents are pure vegetarians. It was about 3PM so we were asked to hurry our order and we placed our order within 5 minutes. We asked for couple of starters and 6 North Indian combos. After sitting on the table for 15-20 minutes and having ordered our lunch, we didn’t even get a glass of water.
Post 20 mins we got our first starter and it was kept in the middle of table.... Not served at all. We somehow managed with that and our second starter came after finishing the first one and being idle for 10 mins. After we finished our starters we received 4 plates of North Indian combos and not 6... No spoon, no water till now. I waited for a few mins and thought the other 2 plates must be on the way.
Only after 10 mins of my wait I got impatient and asked the manager. He gave us no response and ran continued to be busy with his work. After few more mins 2 other plates were kept on table and the food was cold and tasteless.
I complained this to the restaurant senior most staff and and came to listen to the story. My experience to him was even worst as first he made me wait for 10 mins after my lunch even after knowing that I wasn’t happy with the service and then he showed no courtesy and offered me 10% off on my bill. Huh! By that time I was frustrated to the core and I urged him to charge me for full because I felt my complain was completely Unheard. I paid the full bill and got back home with my family after such a terrible experience on a Sunday afternoon.
I would not recommend this place to anyone ever....Specially if you are going to the service area and you are with your family....Please don’t go there. They will just spoil your mood with the blunt and pathetic service. This is undoubtedly my worst experience with any restaurant ever in Bangalore.
