Govinda who plays a larger then life Police officer who comes to city to tackle the goons and bring humanity. Of all the actors Austosh Gowarikor’s work was which impressed me the most. Govinda as we all know did the same thing of doing comedy and to be very frank his old school comedy was a disaster. Also as all Govinda Films this movie too has song and dance numbers.
