Here are 4 scenarios of Adhaar card in last 2 yrs.
1.My FIL enrolled for it at 1-1-2012; till now we received nothing.
The portal was showing "Under process." Today we saw it again and got that "You need to enroll again due to some problems."
2.I enrolled on June 2013, got e-aadhaar in 3-4 months and today(1 Dec 2013) received Aadhar card by post.
3.Same day enrolled by my spouse- till now no e-aadhar generated and receiving error as: "Due to some technical problems your request could not be processed. please try after some time."
Called their helpline and our experience was:
a.The call waiting time was 6-7 minutes.
b.After connecting the executive was not probing properly.
c.She kept us on hold for long time.
d.afterwards she just said, call after some time and cut the call.
4.My Kids e-aadhar is generated today.waiting for real paper card.
Overall these ppl are not at all having any co-oirdination among each other.TheY are careless about ppl, arrogant and totally low in performance.
And they are eating our tax?
