They are the real cheaters. I booked my bike on 9th June from Delhi to Bangalore and these filthy guys told me that it will get delivered after 8 days and they took 4600 Rs. As I got the job in Bangalore so I want to shift my bike as well. I reached Bangalore on 11th June and after 8 days I called to them the number which was provided to me was the Mumbai number( see they have started to cheat from day one itself).
NOTE for all the users -: Please cross verify by calling to the respective cities the helpline number given on website. Like in Bangalore helpline you will find the Mumbai number.
I called they told me your bike is on the way it will take another 4-5 days, u need to wait they simply told this line to me, again I called them after 4 days to the number provided me, now I am given to another number and he told me to call again to another number and that person told me that he is not in office I will call you in 30 mins. I waited and then I called that guy and that son of a cheater started scolding me only that why are you calling here again and again, you will get your bike, wait for some time and then he started speaking in Haryanwi Language.
I felt very helpless as I cant go to Delhi back at this moment so again I waited for some days and again I called to there customer care so they told today your bike will be boarded from here and it will reach after 8 to 10 days. After so many calls and follow ups after one month 10 days I got my bike and also they have promised me that bike will get delivered to my location but this was wrong commitment as they have cheated me from beginning to end as I my self gone to TUMKUR Road to take my bike from there. It is 40-45 kms from the bangalore city, outskirt to city where you will find any mechanic or serivce centre, inface petrol pump was also far, somehow I managed as the bike seems to be out of fuel and needed maintenance, they have used my bike for a month for their personal use. In this one month I lost the hope of getting my bike and I have consulted 1-2 friend to lodge a complain in Police station for their fraud but I know by doing this mental harassment will increase only...
