Most pathetic services. Their surveyor Jayjeet sounded very assuring and helpful during his survey of the luggage. He promised that they use best packing materials & we very much take care about the goods & taken 1000/- as token on 18th March 2020. On 20th March 2020 we given our goods to move from Noida to Bangalore. For Insurance they taken 3% extra & just they give us a copy of Reliance General Insurance & told that any damage you can claim. After that Pathetic story started. We came to Bangalore, without our goods we stayed around 2.5 month. We called them so much time to deliver our goods but no body will pick the phone, ( Mr. Jayjeet/ Mr. Mukesh & Owner Mr. Praveen). Whenever they Pick the phone just they told lie .Even Mr. Pawan & Mr. Mukesh always talked with high tone, . Really their behavior are rude and abusive manner, very bad. After so much time follow up, they delivered our goods on 7th June, 2020 with very bad condition. Our marble temple fully damaged, dining table damage & mattress are ful wet condition.
Now come to the part of Insurance Claim: When I registered for claim, Insurance people told that it could not be claimable as the insurance is I ITC B model means it only covered vehicle accident. "See how much Fruad they are". So be careful, when ever you taking Insurance then ask for ITC A model.
When I follow up regarding this to Adhunik, they not pick our phone. I suggest everyone to stay away from this fraud of a company. Never take any service from this Adhunik packer & Movers, Mahipalpur, Delhi.
