What do they achieve by having a contests running in their bar all the times? Only an indication of viewers numbers. Zee has lottery so aaj tak has contests and opinion polls. I’m really upset over the fact that when we have continuous news coming up, why does the bar keeps on showing the various opinion polls and with various silly questions. And now every news has become a Breaking news. May be the competition from Star, NDTV and Zee is catching up on Aaj Tak. The outflow of various good faces and voices from aaj tak may also be a reason for this. The same questions keep repeating itself, till the person answering gets fed up. How can one ask a rail accident victim as to How is he feeling and then the studio anchor keeps asking the man at site as to hows the feeling over there as if asking about an oscar winner. come on aaj tak, you can do better. I strongly believe that its the channel which gelled well its print media record with the live media and did really good job for a pure news channel. But come competition and one can see it breaking and cracking. I still prefer to watch Aaj Tak against NDTV, Star and even Zee for its news coverage and instant reporting for there is no show offs by its journos makes the news more watchable.
My view, let the dust settle down. They will remain winner.
