Splendid Action pact performances

Aakrosh 2010 & old one you can’t compare but one thing for me is sure it didn’t disappoint at all but makes a mark.To make a movie based on honor killing in kind of hindi masala entertainer needs guts. I don’t give a damn what other people have to say about it but I loved it.From cinematography, dialogues, action & performance, all can’t be possible without direction so Priyan hits bulls eye but just missed few hear & there. Director Priyan handles the subject expertly, without compromising on the entertainment quotient. There’s never a dull moment and the entire narrative keeps one captivated. Take off your eyes and there are chances you’ll be confused, distracted. And to bring 2 best actors of hindi cinema again makes a cherry on cake.

Story starts from 3 students go missing in small town of Bihar Jhanjhar.Due to student organization & media Govt comes into action to bring CBI inquiry with officers Akshaye Khanna and Ajay Devgan to solve the case. Both got different backgrounds Akshay comes from city guy where Ajay comes from village with military experience. They face many hurdles to solve the case because village is ruled by Shul sena upper cast & lower cast if opens mouth they die brutally.Main hurdle is Paresh back to 90’s villain role.To solve it comes Bipasha who is wife of Paresh & ex-fiancee of Ajay.In short story is kind of predictable but script is perfect with twist & turns, witch makes u to sit. Priyan did not left comic its in different way but it comes & makes u to smile, thats where dialogue & performance comes straight face one liners.

Priyan takes his time but after 30 minutes its gripping, & second half u won’t know when its over.Few action scenes are remarkable 1.Ajay chases 1 guy named Nasbandi, than he top on jeep, 2 Mirchi fight.3 Ajay again takes train after OUATM.4 fight between Ajay & Akshay Akshay’s aakrosh is visible and Ajay as usual perfect. Dialogues by Aditya Dhar are impactful. No use of music not required.

Ajay Devgan gives a superb performance, as usual . He has an inimitable panache, which is incredible. Akshay is more than impressive. After DEEWANGEE, the chemistry between Ajay and Akshaye clicks even in AAKROSH. Paresh Rawal is outstanding. He’s so excellent in his terrible avatar. AAKROSH is a spellbinding action thriller, with a message. After OUATM this is worth watching.Enjoy.
