If we would not be conscious about our right the service providers will take advantage of this and continue to harass the customers.we should collectively fight against them. You should also go to press and media and give it a wide coverage. also contact the company and lodge complaint with them. for unethical practices legal action may alsobe taken. we should not keep our lips tight but the time has come thatwe can fight against them jointly. Further also can contact some consumer interest adviser who shall guide to take leagal action. we should continue our fight and dont let them go scott free then only they will realise the power of consumers and would think twice before repeating the same incident. only by abusing them nothing will happen. we have to act effectively.
