Well, everyone knows by now that Aamir Khan does not attend any film function.But not many know the reason.The reason is that Aamir was really expecting to win the award for his performance in Jo jeeta wohi sikander.But that year someone else got that award.From then Aamir stopped attending award functions.Its another story that despite him not present he won the award two times-for Raja Hindustani and Lagaan.But definitely he deserved a lot more for rangeela, Sarfarosh, Dil Chahta Hai e.t.c Will he get the award this year?If everything goes well he should get it this year for Fanaa.He simply has no compettion THIS YEAR.Krish was a totally stunt based film while in Omkara saif walked with all the credit.Rang De Basanti might get him nominated but he was not the solo hero in that film and even Shahrukh Khan’s most diehard fan would agree that he will not get for Kabhi Alvida Na ...after the criticism he got.The only other compitition is from the forthcoming film Don.If Shahrukh performs really well in that film and if it is a big hit, then Aamir might have some competition otherwise he should walk away with th awards this year.
