Sir after spending cores of public fund this service was created to serve citizens to get resolutions within twenty one days


The complaints are pending for years


I made RTI to CM regarding non commitment of giving resolution within twenty one days


RTI was directed to general department two


Reply given is that there are complaints given to various departments you are advised to write head of those departments for disciplinary action for delays


AS per service rules CM can intiate enquiry under Secretary but they refuse


Our complaints given are sent to those we make complaints to give compliance and copy to the officer


Neither those officer give compliance or The officer takes action for non compliance


IN housing society the bylaws says documents should be given at members cost .When housing Secretary refuses to give documents we complain to Dy reg co-op hsg soc through aaple sarkar


Dy reg instead of taking punitive action diverts complain again to Secretary


IF complained to DDR/Principle secretary no reply or action.
